At Hoka Factory Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of HOKA shoes. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused shoes in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be returned with the original box, tags, and any included accessories.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact our Customer Support team at support@aasafsg.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective pair, we will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please contact our Customer Support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
